Complete /usr/sgf with latest Kogo joseki and some free sgf.

According to the Filesystem Hierarchy Standard, we must change /usr/sgf to /var/games/

Thanks ! is the directory \usr\doc (with go books) in a right path ?

I forgot to give the links of the specs. So :

Game data stored in /usr/share/games must be purely static data. Any modifiable files, such as score files, game play logs, and so forth, should be placed in /var/games.

According to the same document, the right path for documentation is /usr/share/doc/

i agree to move these data to /var. leave the standard directories like /usr, /lib, /etc free as much as possible of go specific files.
