NZO page does not work at startup

Description

For an nzo page to load for an item, the queue page must be viewed first. This is not much of a problem in the default url, but will cause issues for a planned prototype viewing.

Viewing without going to the queue page produces a 404 error.

Closes #95 - The url has changed from queue/SABnzbd_nzo_xxx/ to nzb/SABnzbd_nzo_xxx/ - Added the ability to edit certain nzb details such as the name/pp/script/cat/priority - Can only show nzb details using the url nzb/SABnzbd_nzo_xxx/details - Can only show nzb files using the url nzb/SABnzbd_nzo_xxx/files
