Description

Currently, integrators do not track image flags when particles cross box boundaries. This needs to be done.

r1473 includes the data structures and the host<->device copies.

TODO:

  • Add unit tests for image
  • Modify all integrators to properly update image
  • Add image to the XML file node reader
  • Add image to the XML file node writer
  • Write analyze.msd to use the image flags for testing (plus, someone may find it useful)

r1477 adds the unit test for the pdata image flags

r1478 has all the integrators modified to update the image flags properly. Only the NVE integrator has been tested, as it is the only one with a unit test that checks for particles crossing the boundary. The others will be validated when the validation test scripts are written in #158
