2901 and 3001 don't return anything when looked up on the AEC site (4406 does)

Postcode 4406 is now in the database. Shoaib http://geospatial.nomad-labs.com/2008/06/16/a-proud-day-for-australian-democracy/ is still working on building the database from scratch from other freely available Geospatial sources.
