Description

Add support in the Spellcheck plugin for detection of the spell check trigger within CTCP actions. Replies should continue to be sent via PRIVMSG.

(In [258]) Fixes #38 by checking actions for spelling corrections as well as added support to retrieve and check the spelling for words using CTCP messages to the bot.
