Fix Acronym plugin

Description

The Acronym plugin no longer appears to deliver responses at all. Its last known responses were actions indicating that no results could be found, though it was thought that the data provider being used for lookups had been modified or was someone blocking the bot from performing lookups. A new data provider will likely have to be located, but regardless, this issue needs to be fixed.
