PHP Function Lookup

Description

When a user sends a message to a channel of the format 'php %' where % is the name of a PHP function, the bot should retrieve the function prototype and short description from an external data source and send a message containing them back to the channel.

The correct text isn't sent in some cases, like for case. Maybe the home page/.htaccess CVS source should be retrieved and scraped for correct mappings?

Modify to pull and parse data from http://cvs.php.net/viewvc.cgi/phpdoc/funcsummary.txt?revision=1.31 into a SQLite database within init(), then query that. Should include the short function description included at that URL for each function.
